Our commitment to accessibility
eDigi Solutions is committed to making the Site accessible and usable for all users, including people with disabilities who use assistive technologies. We work continuously to improve accessibility and handle every request on the subject promptly and professionally.
This statement does not claim full compliance with every accessibility requirement in every possible situation. It describes the real effort we have made, the measures we have implemented, and our willingness to fix any issue reported to us.
Standards
The Site is built and maintained with the aim of practical conformance with the following standards:
- Israeli Standard 5568: the Israeli accessibility standard for web content, based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines.
- WCAG 2.0 Level AA: the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines of the international W3C consortium, at conformance level AA.
We aim to meet the requirements of these standards at the highest practical level possible and work to improve continuously, and we do not claim perfect, across-the-board conformance with every requirement in every situation.
Accessibility measures on the Site
Among the measures implemented on the Site:
- Semantic HTML structure: suitable HTML tags for each element (headings, lists, navigation, forms) for compatibility with assistive technologies.
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus states: the navigation, links and buttons can be used with a keyboard alone, with a clear and consistent focus indicator. The project questionnaire is built as a standard form and can be completed and submitted with the keyboard.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images: images with content value carry a text description. Decorative images are marked so that assistive technologies ignore them.
- ARIA labels for interactive elements: buttons, links and interface elements without visible text have suitable ARIA labels.
- Full RTL support: the Hebrew site is built from the ground up for right-to-left reading, as Hebrew readers need.
- Reduced motion support: the animations on the Site respect the user's
prefers-reduced-motionpreference; when it is on, animations are reduced or switched off. - Color contrast: the text colors in the main interface were checked and updated to meet the contrast ratio required at WCAG 2.0 level AA. The check was last carried out in October 2026, and we repeat it when the color palette changes.
- Heading hierarchy for screen readers: the pages of the Site are built with a consistent, ordered heading hierarchy (H1 to H3).
- Form structure and labels: input fields have visible labels linked to them, and the choice groups in the questionnaire are marked as groups and linked to their question, so a screen reader reads the question before the options.
Third-party tools and content
The Site may include components, embedded tools or links to third-party content, such as analytics systems, chat interfaces or advertising platforms. This content is not fully under our control and may not meet the same accessibility requirements as the rest of the Site. We work to reduce this impact as far as possible and choose providers that show a commitment to accessibility.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas or components of the Site may not yet meet the full required level of accessibility. We carry out periodic checks and work to improve continuously. If you come across any accessibility barrier, we would be glad to hear about it and will work to fix it as soon as possible.
Contacting us and reporting accessibility issues
If you have difficulty accessing any content on the Site, a technical problem that interferes with the use of assistive technology, or any other accessibility barrier, please contact us. We will review your request and work to resolve it promptly.
