Welcome to the eDigi Solutions website (the "Site"), operated by eDigi Solutions (E.MELAMED). Use of the Site and of all the content and services offered on it is subject to the terms of use set out here. Please read them carefully before using the Site. Using the Site constitutes your agreement to all of these terms.
Wording in one gender refers to all genders equally. Anything stated in the singular also includes the plural, and vice versa.
Services on the Site
The Site provides information about digital marketing, paid advertising, building landing pages and websites, business automation and AI videos for businesses. eDigi Solutions reserves the right to add, change, replace or remove services from the Site at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
Engagement, payment and cancellation
The Site itself does not sell services online and does not take payment. Contacting us through the project questionnaire or the project brief form does not commit you to anything, and the first diagnostic call is free of charge and without obligation.
An actual engagement is made under a separate price quote, which sets out the scope of work, the timeline, the fee and the payment terms. The terms of that quote prevail over these terms in everything related to the work itself.
In an ongoing engagement you may give notice of cancellation at any time, in writing, to info@edigi.co.il, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month in which the notice was given. Work already done up to the cancellation date, and expenses actually incurred for the client, such as media budgets, licensing or third-party services, are not refunded.
Nothing in this section derogates from a right of cancellation under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations made under it, in cases where that law applies to the engagement.
Use of the Site
Users undertake to use the Site and the services offered on it in accordance with these terms and with any applicable law. The Site may not be used for unlawful or offensive purposes, or for purposes that infringe the rights of any third party.
The following actions are not permitted on the Site:
- Using content in a way that amounts to defamation, insult, invasion of privacy or harassment.
- Use that may infringe copyright, trademarks, trade secrets or any other intellectual property right.
- Distributing viruses, malware or any code that may harm the operation of the Site or its users.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site's systems, or copying content from it without permission.
- Automated use of the Site (scraping, bots) without prior written permission.
Copyright and intellectual property
All copyright and intellectual property rights in the Site, including the design, code, texts, images, videos, logo, graphics and any other content shown on the Site, belong to eDigi Solutions or to third parties that have licensed eDigi Solutions to use them. Trademarks, names and logos of third parties that appear on the Site, including in screenshots of systems we work with, are the property of their owners and are shown for identification only. No part of the content on the Site may be copied, distributed, reproduced, publicly displayed, used to create derivative works or sold without the prior written consent of eDigi Solutions.
Links to external websites
The Site may contain links to external websites that are not owned or controlled by eDigi Solutions. eDigi Solutions is not responsible for the content of those websites, for their privacy policies, or for any harm or damage that may result from using them. Use of those websites is at your own risk.
Advertising and marketing content
The Site may contain marketing content, advertisements or links to other businesses. eDigi Solutions is not responsible for the content of the advertisements or for commitments made in them by third parties.
Limitation of liability
Use of the Site and of the content shown on it is at the user's sole responsibility. eDigi Solutions does not undertake that the Site will be available at all times, will operate without interruptions or faults, or will be free of viruses or other harmful components. eDigi Solutions will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to a user or to a third party as a result of using the Site or being unable to use it.
The content on the Site is general in nature and does not constitute a recommendation or professional or business advice. It should not be relied on alone for business decisions. Any decision made on the basis of content on the Site is the sole responsibility of the user.
Changes to these terms
eDigi Solutions may update these terms from time to time, at its sole discretion. Updates will be published on this page and take effect from the moment they are published. Use of the Site after the terms are updated constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute or disagreement concerning these terms or the use of the Site will be heard only in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district, which will have exclusive jurisdiction.
