This document sets out the privacy policy that applies to the use of the eDigi Solutions website (the "Site"), operated by eDigi Solutions (E.MELAMED). It is written so that you know exactly what information is collected about you, what is done with it, who else sees it, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it.
What information is collected
Information you give us. The Site does not require registration and does not sell products online. Details you give us yourself are collected only through forms you choose to fill in. The project questionnaire (in Hebrew) collects your full name, email address, phone number, preferred time for a call and details about your business: its type, what it offers, the current state of its marketing, the number and quality of its leads, what happens after a lead comes in, goals and urgency, and any free-text note you choose to add.
The project brief form on the English site collects your name, email address and a description of your project and, if you choose to add them, your company or website, your time zone and a budget range. The IP address it is sent from is used only for a few minutes, to limit the submission rate and block automated submissions; it is not saved with the brief and is not passed on, and no browser details are recorded.
Information collected automatically. When the questionnaire is sent, the IP address it was sent from and the browser's identification string (User Agent) are also recorded. Both are used to detect automated submissions and to limit the submission rate, and they are included in the submission that is passed on. This is stated explicitly next to the questionnaire's submit button, and ticking the box there is your consent to it.
Browsing statistics. Data on the pages you visited, time spent, where you came from and similar usage data are collected through the measurement tools listed in the cookies section. On our side, this information does not identify you personally.
What the information is used for
- To contact you about the inquiry you sent and, for questionnaire submissions, to hold the diagnostic call.
- To analyze the needs you described and prepare a summary and a recommendation for you.
- To send you a price quote and manage the engagement, if one is formed.
- To improve the Site and the services based on aggregate usage patterns.
- To send marketing content and updates, only if you ticked the separate consent box for it.
You are not legally required to provide the information, but without the details marked as required in the form we cannot get back to you.
Who else sees the information
To handle your inquiry we use service providers. They process the information on our behalf and under our instructions, and may not use it for their own purposes. These are the providers:
- Make.com: receives the full questionnaire submission, including contact details, business details, IP address and User Agent, and routes it onward. Submissions from the English project brief form are sent to Make.com as well, without the IP address or browser details.
- Google Sheets: the submission is saved in a spreadsheet for tracking and management.
- OpenAI: the content of the questionnaire is sent for analysis and to produce a focused summary. Please do not write sensitive information in the free-text fields that you do not want processed this way.
- Gmail (Google): the summary is emailed to us, and our correspondence with you takes place there.
- Google Tag Manager: loads the measurement tools on the Site (see the cookies section).
- Vercel: hosts the Site, and browsing traffic passes through its servers.
- Sentry: monitoring of technical errors. It is configured not to receive personal details, and the content of submissions is not included in error reports.
If you tick the marketing consent box, your contact details will also be used to send messages through the messaging and email services we use for this purpose.
Beyond these providers, we will not pass your details to a third party except in the following cases: a court order or a demand from a competent authority, a legal dispute between you and us, your use of the Site in breach of the law, or a need to prevent serious harm to a person or to property. We do not sell personal information and do not pass it to third parties for their own advertising.
Cookies and measurement tools
The Site uses cookies that are needed for it to work properly. In addition, if you accepted in the cookie banner, three measurement tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager. If you did not accept, none of them is loaded.
- Google Analytics: aggregate usage data, such as which pages were viewed, where you came from and what type of device you used.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): records page views, time on page, scroll depth and reaching the thank-you page after the questionnaire is sent, to measure the effectiveness of advertising.
- Hotjar: records how the pages are used, such as clicks, mouse movements and scrolling, together with device and browser data, and produces heatmaps and recordings of visits from them. This shows us where a page is confusing and where visitors get stuck.
Each tool sets its own cookies, and its use of information is governed by its own privacy policy, not by that of eDigi Solutions. You can change your choice at any time on the cookie policy page.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking operational cookies may affect some functions of the Site.
Our other sites
This policy also applies to the landing pages of our deal communities at hotdeals.edigi.co.il. On those pages, after acceptance in the banner, additional measurement and advertising tools run: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and the TikTok Pixel. They collect usage data, make it possible to measure the effectiveness of advertising and show tailored ads on their platforms. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies. If you did not accept in the banner, none of them is loaded.
These landing pages do not sell products and do not collect personal details through a form. They lead to WhatsApp groups and a Telegram channel, where the terms of use and privacy policies of those platforms apply. The links posted in the groups are affiliate links.
The eDigi Affiliate system has its own separate privacy policy, shown inside the system.
How long the information is kept
Form submissions are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the inquiry and manage the business relationship, and then for a further reasonable period for record keeping and protection against claims. Aggregate measurement data is kept according to the retention periods of the measurement tools. If you ask for deletion, we will delete your details, subject to retention obligations that apply to us by law.
Marketing messages and unsubscribing
Marketing content is sent only to people who ticked the separate consent box in the questionnaire. You can withdraw that consent at any time, at no cost and without giving a reason: by replying "הסר" ("remove") to a WhatsApp message, through the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a message, or by writing to info@edigi.co.il. Unsubscribing does not affect our ability to get back to you about an inquiry you have already sent.
Information security
The Site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to the information is limited to those who need it to handle the inquiry. We take reasonable measures to protect the information, but no system is completely immune, so absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you are entitled to review the information held about you. If, after reviewing it, you find that the information is not correct, complete, clear or up to date, you may ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You may also ask to know to whom the information was disclosed, and withdraw a consent you gave.
You can send any such request to info@edigi.co.il. We will try to reply within a reasonable time. If the reply does not satisfy you, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Transfers outside Israel
Some of the service providers listed above store and process information on servers outside Israel, among others in the United States and the European Union. Using these services involves transferring the information there.
Changes to this policy
If material changes are made to the provisions on the use of personal information you provided, a notice will be published on the Site. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
