A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. It lets the site recognize the browser on later visits, remember preferences and measure use. This page sets out exactly what runs on the eDigi Solutions site.
Your choice
On your first visit a banner asks for your consent. The measurement tools load only if you click "Accept". If you click "Decline", no measurement tool is loaded, not on this visit and not on later visits. Your choice is stored only in your own browser and is not sent to us.
Operational cookies
These cookies are needed for the Site to work: storing your consent choice, keeping basic interface state and protecting against misuse. They are always on and cannot be switched off from within the Site, because the Site does not function without them. They are not used for advertising tracking.
Measurement cookies
These cookies are loaded through Google Tag Manager, and only after you accept. The purpose is to understand which pages work and which do not. These are the tools in use today:
- Google Analytics: which pages were viewed, how long you spent on them, where you came from and what type of device you used, as aggregate data.
- Meta Pixel: page views, time on page, scroll depth and reaching the thank-you page after the questionnaire is sent, to measure the effectiveness of advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- Hotjar: clicks, mouse movements and scrolling, together with device and browser data, from which heatmaps and recordings of visits are created.
Each tool's use of information is governed by its own privacy policy, not by that of eDigi Solutions.
The tools load through a Google Tag Manager container, so the exact list of tools may change. We update this page when a new tool is added.
Third-party cookies
The Site does not run an advertising network and does not embed external video players, maps or social media widgets, and its fonts are served from our own server, not from Google's servers. So apart from the measurement tools above, there are no third-party cookies on the Site.
How to delete cookies in your browser
Every browser lets you view cookies, delete them and block future cookies through its privacy settings. Deleting cookies also deletes your consent choice, and the banner will appear again on your next visit.
